We purchased a dishwasher (BOSCH) & a Over stove mounted microwave (Samsung).
Not to happy with p.a. lack of fixing the issues with customer leaving very unsatisfied.
They took time to show me lots of options for replacing washer friendly
Both are 6+ months new. Both have had issues & now my microwave has completely stopped working!
Store is clean and well kept. They have nice displays of appliances. Our salesman Chris Sinderman was very professional and informative. Didn't pressure us to make a decision. They loaded our purchase into our truck. I highly recommend Prime Appliance!
