I was sold the wrong type of wire and got called on it by the electrical inspector. They refused to admit their mistake, even giving me a fact sheet showing "dry location only" when they knew from the beginning it was going to be an underground installation. Would not do even a partial refund, though they did offer to sell me more wire! I ended up driving across the bridge to Viking Electric, great folks who were actually knowledgeable!
